Thank you gentlemen for working so hard to get the pictures on the forum. I could not make it work no matter what I tried. I was afraid the but plate was not original. Brian, could the checkering be chased on this stock to make it look better. Was thinking about refinishing the stocks and recoloring the damascus barrels. Buy the way the animal laying in the floor is not part of the daly bag limet. It is just my daughters cat.

Sure thing. The checkering can be cleaned up to be like new on that dh.
Check out my album showing the gh checkering recut. That will give u an idea on what can be done.
