Hey Mike. I was asked by my Acct security to verify current alt contact info (my old job e-mail) . I updated that info to now current correct new phone number for a text verify and Microsoft sent me a reply which killed my phone e-mail for 30 days. Go figure. My regular laptop stuff still up and running. Wouldn't have done update knowing what I know now.

I forgot to add, I have now taken my new to me #2 win out on Pheasant farm hunt, and more clays outings on both our courses. The Game birds I took dropped nicely with about half the pellet count during cleaning. Easier eating for sure. I'm really liking the .015 Mod barrel results as first choke on birds over my dog..
Same with the clays shooting. After adjusting leads, and barrel selection on shots , I crushed most of what I hit cleanly. Pattern seems to be exactly what my brain is requiring. Quite a nice early Christmas present to myself.

Matt, I bought a 20 gauge 21, same configuration as your 12s, for $650.00 some years ago. The seller was Norman Strebe, famous Washington, D.C. gun dealer mentioned in McIntosh's Fox book.

I bought a 20-gauge with ejectors, a beavertail and double triggers from Norm for not much more.

Ya, we've been shopping for a 20 in same configurations for her, but you can add another zero to your numbers currently... prob not in our near future..

I would bet that Dave had some "Fox" discussions with Mr. Strebe on one of his visits. The last I visited Strebe, he volunteered that he was down to 75 Foxes and 40 Parkers. When he purchased the remnants of Fox production, the stock was delivered to Southeast Washington in tractor trailer rigs. My little English Pointer puppy was whining in the truck. Mrs. Strebe insisted I bring him into the store. He immediately peed on the floor and Mrs. Strebe was quick with sponge and water bucket. They were great people. Too bad Mike McIntosh didn't have much to say about them in his book. Apparently, he didn't know them past the gun that Savage built for Norman.
