A few more pictures. I think I may have listed the wrong ser#, It did not look like a 1 the other day, but all the places where the ser# is has the same symbol (which Im assuming is a 1). Can anybody confirm? Thanks

Yes, that's a 1 with the top broken off.
It seems the worker doing the stamping wasn't paying much attention to the result of his work. I wonder how many Parkers were stamped with that broken tool.

There are a great number of Parkers that were stamped with a broken 4 die which gave the appearance of a German cross.
