Steve, perhaps I was a bit too harsh in my wording. What I was trying to say is they don't have the flow in their design of the action that a Parker or Fox has. To my eye the Ithaca Flues look boxy, square. They don't for me hold the same eye appeal as the others. By the way, if you're still interested in that 20 ga I have, I'll speak with my son in law about it and see if I can prevail upon him to let go his claim. My grandson has 6 more years to go before he gets his first gun (I was 12 when my dad gave me my single barrel 410) so Logan can wait till he's 12. Between now and then, I should be able to find a nice Parker 20 or 28 ga for him (or Fox) or they can get one for him from my estate if I'm not around.
