I have always wondered about the line from a Holiday song- not a Christmas Carol, anymore than White Christmas is-- The Sleighriding together song- and the "featherwood bees" line- perhaps after seeing this picture I have a better idea of what that might be.
Had lunch the other day with a daughter and a Grandson- he's 5--we went to his (and mine) favorite place- Applebee's- when the waitress brought his mini-burgers and fries- he asked her "Where do you keep the apples and the bees?" Happy Holidays to all--
