The Serialization Book entry only refers to the availability of stock book information. The order book information is much more interesting and is commonly available for guns made 1919 and before.

I'm certainly not an expert. In fact, I don't even own a Parker!!! I'm just here to learn. That said, the blank spot at the muzzle in the picture doesn't look as smooth as the other pictures I've been studying. File marks?

I couldn't say. The picture is not good enough. I see roughness at the end of the rib but it looks like crud... just like at the very ends of the barrels looks like some crud as well. What I don't see in the picture is "file marks".
