Russ, Remington also made at least one 28 on the 000 frame. It was displayed by one of our members at a PGCA meeting in Ohio. I researched the gun for him and found factory memos that discuss the 28 gauge on the .410 frame. It is very possible that there are more than just one 000 frame 28out there. The one I am familiar with is marked 000, but others may be mismarked 00. You just have to measure them.
