Some uneducated folks around here actually put food scraps out to feed the coyotes, coons, opossums, etc. because they "get to see wildlife" this way but when their little doggies and kittys go missing they can't believe the coyotes would do such a thing. Yup, it's a strange world we live in back here in the urban East.
