Berk ,My D Grade 10 Ga. on a #3 Frame is a Hammerless made in 1902 ,it has 3" Chambers ,I ordered a letter on it hoping there would be a mention of the Chamber length but no such luck ! You might suggest to your Friend to order a letter on the gun to find out the particulars ,also maybe suggest he join the PGCA and get his Membership and save over half the cost of the letter by being a Member ! Hi Russ, Thanks for the info. I did suggest he get envolved with the association, but his interest in the gun is strickly family history. I,at first, thought that the 11 of the 110 on the end of the lug may have meant that it was one of the 11 ga. guns that I have read about on this forum. I have learned some important information with the help of my fellow members about numbers on the barrel lug. All the best, Berk
