Eric check the Hodgdon Reloading web site, Longshot powder will deliver a couple of 1 1/4 ounce Bismuth load in 12ga at 7600 psi using the Federal Gold Medal hull. There is also a load using Win AA hull at 7500 psi. They are zipping along at 1300 fps too, so you could easily back them off a grain or so as well for even less pressure.
