I have a straight grip 16 with a vent rib. No stock problems but I shot the vent rib loose @ 475 rounds. CSMC fixed it right away and no problem since. The low style vent rib was pretty much a waste of money in my opinion but that sort of thing happens when you order blind. Over all I like the gun though.
