The Trojan was discontinued in 1939 so I guess "early in Remington's tenure." is off by several years.

Does anyone know if the Trojan Skeet gun in the Remington museum has ejectors?

When the PGCA copied the Parker Brothers records at Remington Mark and a few others got to handle the Trojan skeet gun. Here is a very young Mark Conrad with it.Bill Murphy allowed me to photograph his album for posterity at this years Southern. Thank you Bill.

I have heard or read that Remington borrowed some things for the Trojan from the Model 32 but where the 32 was a superposed design I don't think ejectors is one of the things that could be easily adapted to the Trojan.

Dean,
I bought the gun on gunbroker in 2007. I don't have any more info other than it came from Ohio. I found another barrel in 28" and had Lou fit it when he was around on the website. It is set up for sporting clays and skeet. Jeff |
