And also, not like putting a splinter forend on it is all that much of a feat. The only thing to watch for is wear to the barrel bluing from that BTFE if it has been on there a while. Personally, the forend does not look bad. But the checkeing pattern wrecks it for me. If it were a more attractive pattern, it would be great.

Were there ever any Trojan Skeet guns actually made? I know there is some Remington Promo material that shows them, but TPS says that there is no exidence of them being produced. These ones had straight grips also.

There is a Remington/Parker Trojan Skeet gun on display in the Remington Arms museum in Ilion NY (at least there was 5 years ago).
