Ed,I think it has also to do with the circles you travel with. I have never had a problem selling either type.In fact I sold a few I really didn't want to. Good guns will always sell.

several sources are now making low pressure smokeless loads in the 6000 psi range, which roughly duplicates the pressure of black powder field loads. two of the most popular are rst and polywad.

as for value, guns with barrels other than fluid steel are generally worth less than guns with fluid steel barrels, all other factors being the same.

Dave and Bill will you just shut up..... this is the one tiime I will agree with Ed if it will bring down the prices of those dangerous barrelled guns. We need more posts like this..... cause I am looking for another dangerous hammer twist barrel gun and I like to buy "cheap"
