Calvin, 2" cut barrels could be still regulated or maybe not. You won't know until you shoot it.
Parker chokes were up to four inches long and 2" inch bobbed barrels probably have something like .002-.008 choke left , or maybe nothing. You won't know until you measure it.
Calvin, you didn't ask, but the guns a person is long term happiest with are those with no excuses.
