RST has Nice Shot loads. One of the things they have found is that a lighter load ie: 1 1/4 oz in a 10 gauge or 1 oz in a 12 gauge etc gives the best preformance. As noted on the producers web site, nice shot will give a slight jump in pressure. If you are reloading low pressure shells there should be no problems.
