Hi Unregistered,
On July 29th, this site will be moving..! No, really - it's "moving" to another physical location - including servers, gateways, routers - everything - including my coffee cup...
So, from the date of July 29th through July 30 or 31 (shooting for these dates, but - as always, I'm at the mercy of my ISP who has to install the lines to the new location - and we actually get them running ;) ). But - this site, cloud servers and main web will be OFF LINE.
Now, please save these dates!! Please - don't be "that guy" who emails me on the 30th to tell me you "can't open the Parker Website". I'll already know it is offline - and also know that you are "that guy"...
I'll take this notice up and down over the next week or so - and leave it up during the final few days before shutting it off on the 29th..
John D.

Teal season
Opening day of Teal season here in southern Louisiana. Had rotator cuff surgery 2 months ago so I shot a DHE .410 today. My two guests and I were wondering out loud about if we were going to see any Teal today. About two minutes after shooting time, 50 birds landed in the decoys. We were so surprised that while we were discussing how to jump them, they got up and flew away! We had steady action after that and limited out in about an hour. The .410 only shoots 3/8ths of an ounce of steel shot but If you take your shots at no more than 25 yards, it does the job. I was very pleased with the little gun and it's lack of recoil. My guests finished before I did, but they were shooting 12 ga guns at longer range. The dogs worked well and we only had to scare off 2 medium sized alligators. 63 degrees, no clouds and a light southerly breeze, All considered, a very good morning. Bill
