There were 1,211 D grades made with 32" titanic steel barrels. Assume 10% were made with english stocks and you have really narrowed down to approx 121 guns made that fit the bill. I think that would qualify as a fairly rare bird and certainly a gun that would be highly coveted.

There was a 32" DH at Wildwood Guns......here is the desrciption from their site. Appears to be a good shooter. I looked at it a couple of times as it has a fairly high stock and fit me quite well. Looked like the right barrel was open up to IC. Good shooter.....but it has been monkeyed with a bit....
