Simmons Parker barrel project

What brand of gun did you find with a Simmons 32" barrel?

In talking to Jim Wright last week he mentioned that they had "successfully "completed some new barrels and delivered them to customers. I am not sure if they were Parker and suspect they were not .

It was a DHE Parker at Cabelas in Billings, MT. SS and SST with 32" bbls so it got my attention. No note on their site about barrels not matching so when I called they told me it had Simmons name on it. Maybe there was an issue with the barrel and that is why the gun was traded to Cabelas. I told them they needed to make a note on their site that the barrels did not match. They still haven't done so.
