Charlie, the barrels are probably replacement Vickers barrels that were sold by Atlas in the 70s. They were made in Italy and in my opinion kind of crude. They were sold as unfitted replacements in many frame sizes and gauges for Parker and L C Smiths. They also offered replacements that were fitted by a company in Belgium, they are much higher quality.

1963 Italian barrels. As Jim mentions, probably Atlas barrels. The gun has been fully refinished and has no real value above a few hundred dollars but then only if it has no other problems.
