The number on the barrel lug and on the water table is the serial number. The Serialization Book lists it as a PT 12 gauge with 30" barrels.

Pardon my ignorance but what does "PT" stand for?

Ok, Bob said the "L" on the flats designates laminated barrels, which makes sense. Can anybody tell me what the "E," on the flats and just above the barrel weight, stands for?

There are many stamps on Parker barrels the meaning of which there is no record or definition… the E may be one of those.
