From a Parker I'm currently working on.

Just put a bend in it.

Looks a bit like a fishtail that someone tried to straighten.

It does look like that. But the lever looks like a V grade. I personally have never seen a V grade with a fishtail lever.

Brian is correct. Lever is from a 12g VH dated about 1923 that originally was straight.
