Default At A Gun Show Today

Came across these at a gun show this morning in Edmonton so these are priced in Canadian dollars. These are extremely rare in Canada and I have zero experience with them, first ones I have ever seen in person. Market here in Canada is also extremely soft even compared to USA so I am curious what some of you much more in the know think?
Converted at todays exchange rate the asking price on the "C" grade Parker would be $4621 US and the Specialty Grade LC Smith would be $3033. Based on what you see in the pictures do you think the asking prices are high?

A higher condition SC Trap just sold on our “for sale” forum for $1k (+-) less than that.

And that is why I came here to ask. Thank you very kindly. There is a mind set amongst these gun show sellers here in Canada that anything that is uncommon in Canada means its worth lots of $ when in reality most are worth less in Canadian money than what it would sell for south of the border in US money. Knowing our market here on old SxS and singles more commonly seen it would seem our prices are generally posted 30% less than what I see stateside.
So if I were to make this guy an offer he'd be some po'd because I would only offfer him about 40%-50% of his asking prices as that is really all they are worth here in Canada.

Maybe not too bad for the Smith; a little high perhaps but not outrageous, although they don’t seem to be as highly thought of as other SBTs. Too high on the SC IMHO.

That is WAY too high for that gun.

I have no interest in a Smith single at any price. The barrel looks like nothing more than a piece of pipe.

The rib posts are very interesting looking although they look quite weak. They appear as though separation from the barrel could happen easily. I found the gun to be very pleasing aesthetically though I feel it would be more of a safe queen than something that would see much use. The Parker felt a little more robust and aesthetically was beautiful. I would have liked to take both home but not at those prices.

Both are very well used, and there are very few vintage SBTs that have not be messed with in some way.
The Parker has great wood, but the action appears to have been blued.
The 34" barrel on the Smith is a plus but there are no case colors remaining.
The Smith is < $2000 USD gun.

Otto Newlin, winner of the 1927 GAH looks to have been proud of his sewer pipe Smith

I've seen SC Grades as low as $3,000 and as high as $6,500. Condition and serial number are everything. I currently have 3 and I'm looking to see one (posted on the forum)
