The gun is actually a Union Fire Arms Company of Toledo, Ohio, Model 22.

Union was formed out of Colton Manufacturing Co. to make firearms for Sears, Roebuck & Co.
Looks to me like the rib marking is "WILSON'S WELDED STEEL."
