I own an L.C. Smith O grade shotgun. It is heavy, damascus. F and Mod. I like the gun, but it is not worthy of research IMO. It is a shooter, but nothing that I'd take home to mother.

John B, I suggest you ask questions about the relationship between Cody and the LCSCA on their site. I wonder too about this relationship.

John, a couple LCS letters attached to give you some idea of what you might expect. I would think these are fairly typical of what you might get.

Thanks for showing the copies of the letters! I believe after seeing your letters-I'm going to have to order one. My Cody letter is plain jane looking compared to your letters. Thanks again and love those Crown grades!

Looks like two pretty nice Smiths to me. I would be proud to have both! Just like Parkers-the more case and original condition they have is what drives me to own them. I have had two other field grade LC Smith 410's that were in excellent condition(one close to new) but nothing like this specialty 410 that is in new condition with the original box- hangtag and shipping box(shipped by rail) I have chased this gun for over 10 years and finally have it in my safe. I'm not set up for pictures or I would post some.
