Hello Everyone,
We're less than a week away from the shoot. Ihave been looking forward to this and looking forward to inviting some new shooters this years(and every year going forward!). I had listed our start time at 10, if possible it would be nice to get shooting a little early. Maybe 9:30 at the latest. There is another group using the recreation facilities in the afternoon so I was hoping we were cooking our lunch by 12. I don't think we'll be impacted as there is plenty of space, I just thought getting going a little earlier would be a good idea. I am looking forward to displaying some Parkers for everyone to see. Please bring any gun you want to share or ask questions about. I have a few hammers guns I want to display along with my 28ga. damascus DH. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow. I will be there a little early setting things up. Would some one mind getting a box or two of coffee? That would be appreciate I think. What a wonderful day! The weather cooperated and we had a great shoot, visit and cookout.
Lots of Parkers and great company. I really had a lot of fun catching up with everyone. It’s always nice to see and try different Parkers. I did discover that I “need” a 30-inch 28 gauge. Thanks for Clark and Beverly McCombe for bringing the best desert spread, which was just so good! Also, thanks Steve Wilson for taking some great pictures, including my black powder lifter shot with me breaking the clay  This was another reminder of how great our community is. Looking forward to shooting with you all again soon! |
