Will, your friend is also missing the two-pronged sear spring and the retaining pin for all three springs. The pin can be made easily but the sear spring is very hard to find, same as the mainsprings. Note that the latter are right-left and they're not interchangeable. Hopefully they weren't removed because one or more of the other ejector parts is/are worn or broken.

As I'm sure you've read here on other threads this is a complex mechanism with intricate adjustments but once set up properly is pretty reliable ime. Rather than trying to self repair I suggest that your friend finds someone who fully understands Parker ejectors and has, can renew or make parts. Out of necessity I've fixed several Parkers I bought with known ejector problems and thus I don't have a 'smith recommendation from personal experience but maybe others here do. I'm not interested in working on any for others and so this post is just for your info. Good luck on your search and friend's repairs.
