When I was a kid we used to get polish sausage already cooked at Safeway along with potatoe wedges , that along with some cheese , sourdough bread and coleslaw was a rather filling meal .

In years past I went a few times to a Steam Traction Engine Show in Mineral Beach PA which is roughly southeast of Pittsburgh . They had little Greek and Polish ladies that came and brought lunch trailers . They undoubtedly made some of the best kielbasa and gyros I’ve ever had !

Chili was made Thursday and is blending together rather nicely. Mulligatawny will be made today. Kalachi is all made and venison goodies are ready to be sliced up. Sunday is "Double-Gun Fun Day". Just sayin'.

20 shooters came out with SxS guns today to play. A good time was had by all and nobody walked out hungry.
