Craig:

Start with 24 grains. I think you will find 26 grains a bit too spicy (high velocity).

Well I thought that as well after making my post . I took screenshots of all three pressure test sheets . I’ve gotten a pretty decent number of 1 1/4 ounce loads , several 1 1/8 ounce loads , a couple ounce loads and one 1 1/2 ounce load . Seems SR7625 , Unique , Red Dot , Green Dot , WSF , W572 and Universal Clays all fit in , in atleast one weight range and some several weight ranges .

I loaded 25 with REM hulls using the MEC 25 bushing which supposedly drops 23.8 of WST and did the same with RST/Cheddar cheese hulls only difference I used a 3/8” 16 wad in the RST’s . Today I decided to try the MEC 24 which supposedly drops 23 grains of WST . Tuesday I shot two of the 23.8 loads and they weren’t bad in an EH 2 frame 28” .

I’ve still got a fair amount of Winchester Super Handicap . They don’t show any 1 1/4 to adapt to the 10 but I see several for ounce and 1 1/8 ounce . Might give the 1 1/8 with WSH after lunch today .

Default 1-1/8 oz.

Has anyone here tried a 1-1/8 oz. load using WSF? I am trying to find a good starting point for a powder charge.

Victor, I just saw your reply to my other thread. Thank you!
