The date code is 'k' for 1932
The chambers are 65 mm = 2 1/2"
Remove the FE and post a full size image of all the marks just forward of the flats. There may be a maker's mark or initials on the barrels.
Is there nothing on the rib?

Thank you - this confirms what I was thinking on those other codes. Here are the barrels..

If there are no marks/letters further forward then all we can say is that the tubes were by Delcour-Dupont, with (good quality) steel from Cockerill.
It is unlikely that Delcour-Dupont was a primary gun maker

Post-1924 "CHOKE" only indicates muzzle constriction > 2 mm or about .008"

It appears to be a sideplated boxlock
