Fred: Same pup. She is CHARLIE and she lives in a town called Regina. She is a fun dog and loves winter more than any other season. While her coat appears smooth, she has a very thick insulating undercoat. She never seems to get cold. As soon as the spring melt begins, she is in the ice water, which does not penetrate, just slides off like she has an automatic squeegee. Can't keep her out of the water until it is frozen over again.
