Thanks to David Penland for your article "Legacy Revived"! I'm especially impressed since I had a chance to see the result of your efforts to revitalize my old lifter sn 23089. Needless to say, it cleaned up real NICE! The barrels were most impressive showing the double DD quality. The stock work and checkering is equally nice. In my opinion, your restoration has retained the right amount of old patina of the locks and frame and the spirit of gun. I hope it balances and shoots as good as it looks. It is a handsome piece!
