Harold, sorry I won't share exact reloading data on the internet but will be happy to talk with you in person next weekend at Hausmann's Northeast SxS. For now ..... the 12-gauge 7/8 ounce loading is one I use for almost all my clays shooting except for the longest birds at serious shoots.

Remington Gun Club or STS hulls, Cheddite primer, CB 0178-12 gray wad and 7/8 ounce of 7-1/2s or 8's. Powder is my favorite, Alliant E3, and my charge is extrapolated DOWN by 4 (four) MEC powder bushing numbers from the load that Alliant shows at 1250 speed and 7655 psi. I estimate it at 1125 speed and of course lower pressure and have shot many thousands of these reloads for clays in all manner of my 12-gauge guns. Nice lighter load and the speed is sufficient for most any long birds on the course. I will say though that I strongly favor tightly choked guns for clays shooting.
