Fedex will not respond to the Detective assigned to the case so they certainly won't talk to me.

As the Paying customer...are they not obligated to talk to you? If you have the drivers name....can you not press charges and have him arrested....unbelievable what this world has come to post Pandemic....nobody owes up to anything anymore....hope this turns out back in your favor Josh.
