I think some clarifications are needed about Remington's attempts to reintroduce the Parker shotgun. They tried to do it themselves in 1988 --
1988 Remington Catalog pg 12.jpg1988 Remington Catalog pg 13.jpg and 1989 -- 1989 Remington Catalog.jpeg with an AHE 20-gauge with 28-inch vent rib barrels. One of these guns with a full-pistol grip and beavertail forearm was finally finished in July 2005, serial number XS0606 and was given to the PGCA to auctioned off in September 2005. Received a reply from Connecticut Shotgun. I simply asked for the serial # and the asking price. The reply, I quote:

My buddy has one of the Remington/CSMC AAHEs in 28 ga. They are very nice guns. We are attending Jay's R.I. get together in April and I will see if I can talk him into bringing it along.
