Most of us would classify it as a "project gun" requiring some serious work and money. Still, it is an O frame 16, and would likely make a nice little upland shooter with its 26" barrels. How are the bores after you cleaned it up? Are they very pitted? If they are 26" as the book lists,at least they arent cut. It is hard, but not impossible to find a replacement stock, and would require some serious fitting, There are those that could no doubt repair it and hide the repairs.
Hard to value without a hands on look at the gun, to see what all is going on. I bought a similar condition 16 ga a couple years ago for around $500 and put a few hundred into it to turn it into a shooter.
