James,

Most probably your picture is to big. That seems to be a common problem that people have the first time they try to put pictures on the forum.

I put two video tutorials in the PGCA FAQ page (different than the forum FAQ page), one shows how to resize large pictures and the other how to upload to the picture to the forum.

The videos' can be found by going to our main page (www.parkerguns.org) and clicking the "Parker FAQs" link on the left side of the page. Scroll to the bottom and watch the video, I hope it will help.

NOTE: The PGCA web server isn't fast bringing up the video, so give it a little time to start up. If you need to, stop it as it goes along and do each step to your picture(s). I recommend that you first make copies of the pictures just in case something goes a rye, that way you can always recover as you learn.
