A gunsmith is the safest route and shouldn't cost much if nothing is out of sorts. Having said that I have done it several times by holding the forearm in my hands using the metal edge of my bench to brace the ejectors and pushing down until it catches. I've also seen the forend placed in a vice with a soft face on one side and bare metal face on the other side to brace the ejectors on. The forend was carefully lined up and the vise slowling tightened until the ejectors catch. Either method has the potential to go bad to varying degrees from scraped knuckles to broken parts. As I said, if everything is working properly it will be quick, easy and relatively cheap for the gunsmith. If not, you probably can't do it yourself anyway. There is a LOT of parts in the Parker ejector system.
