Jeff, She started out last year shooting my Belgium 410 SxS just to get her aware of firearm safety and handling a shotgun. This year she will be hunting doves with me so I think the 28 will be perfect for her.

I just ordered a case of the RST 28 Ga 5/8 oz shells that I believe will be very pleasant shooting for her in the Repro 28.

I can't wait to see her shoot her first bird.... Thanks

Karl, seeing a young person get into hunting is such a wonderful thing. Enjoy every second of it.

I know what you mean. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than to see my son and daughters shooting birds over their own dogs. They appreciate good dog work and blued steel and walnut not plastic guns. So, there is hope for some of what we hold dear for the future. Sorry getting off the original topic.
