I use MEC 9000's in 12, 16, 20 and 28. A couple 9000G's and a couple 9000H's. To me, the 9000 platform is just a better mousetrap if you like to shoot clays in any number. I started out 50 years ago with a single stage reloader and just found that the progressives work better for my volume of shooting. Nothing wrong with the single stage setup if you only load a flat a year but I bet you will get hooked on that sweet little 28 Harold and find you reach for it more often than not.
