Default Changing triggers.

For Tracy:

I don’t know why somebody can’t retrofit triggers to change which barrel is being fired. But I expect there’s a very good reason (about how the linkage is designed) that makes it impossible to do the swap you ask for.

Here’s where to go to get a single trigger installed nowadays.

There may be others that install single triggers, I just don’t know about them.

The triggers can be easily swapped. I had that done to one of my Parkers not long ago. Left trigger was in front and right trigger was in back position. Had them reversed.

Like John, I had it done on a Smith I purchased, but in this case the triggers were reversed from the normal (right barrel first). I did note that one of the triggers on the reversed configuration extended beyond the perimeter of the guard a bit. Again, this was on a Smith 20 gauge. According to the gunsmith that reversed the triggers, it was an easy job.
