Bill, sounds like you are saying your gun was special order and configured for a specific and presumably abnormal load. About that time Parker and other makers were experimenting with 20 ga duck guns. Some people do the same today.
My understanding is that the Small Bore pamphlet load table was directed to standard loads of the day.
