It’s about attracting more members by making it easier for them pay dues and to pay for research letters, nothing more, nothing less.

I could not agree more.
So, don't you like the irony of the fact that PayPal helps the PGCA do business? I smile every time I order a research letter on a gun and use PayPal. They are just another money-loving hypocrite.
