I have no idea where this guy gets his inventory but I have an inkling it might be Ron Shirk. I do know the shop that recently had Clays and WSF at very reasonable prices deals with Shirk's. I suspect good shops that are weathering the storm are scouting the distributor network for whatever they need and wherever it might be.
