I have 3 -skeet, trap and field. All updated. No problems. The field, commissioned by my dad, has 1/4" cast on, and for some reason I shoot that gun as well as any I own

I too, shot competitive NSSA skeet and International skeet with two 3200s for many years. I never had any problems, both guns were updated when manufactured. I would not buy a 3200 today that is not updated. Laib's work is not cheap and Remington doesn't do it any more. By the way, John, 28" and 30" 3200s were equipped with barrels of those lengths. The 26" 3200s had 25 1/2" barrels. I was always a mediocre shot, but attended two World Shoots in Savannah with my Kolar tubed 3200, never missed a 20 gauge bird. However, that is probably my only claim to fame in NSSA skeet.
