I had an interesting experience yesterday. While out grouse hunting I came through a clearcut to the edge when an archery hunter up in a tree let me know he was there. I apologized for interrupting his hunt and told him I'd move out of the area. He replied "No problem, we are both hunting and I enjoyed watching your dog work". You meet some of the best folks in the woods.

thats really special gary, most of the bowhunters around here are pretty cordial. If we see a stand any time during the year, I try to stay out of those areas when bow season starts.
