New hinge pin Pennsylvania

Need a new one for VHE 16 Gauge. There was a Smith in Pa that was mentioned, but I have misplaced the name. Any help would be appreciated.

And my post wasn’t all that clear....I also need a Smith to install it. I have admired his stunning stock work, but not sure he would want to do the installation also..
