Factory. If I remember, it was a $350 upcharge about 10-12 years ago. Someone told me that subsequently price went to $3500, then was no longer available.

I have one of those K guns myself. 32" sporting configuration. Nice gun that I did shoot years ago but I have lost interest in stacked barreled guns so it rarely gets out, been a few years actually. Can't bring myself to part with it, it's to darn nice. Maybe we'll bond again some day.

I have or had a bunch of Superposed that hadn’t been shot if at all in the last three years . So I took the 28 and 410 to the club shot skeet with them , then the next day listed them in GB and both are gone already . Also liquidated the 1951 20 gauge . Couple more 12’s and a 20 to liquidate and I’ll be down to a Broadway and 28” skeet . But if I ran across a K-32 or K-80 below market value I’d get it and liquidate the last two . Is yours a Crown Grade ?

Yes Craig, it is a Crown Grade. One of these days I will shoot bunker again and I will give it a workout then possibly.

I have a strong suspicion that you guys paid a bit more for your Krieghoffs than the $750.00 I paid for mine. My gun was a little plain so I bought a gold inlaid K-80 trigger guard that was a little bent. It cost me $5.00. I pounded it straight and screwed it on. It didn't need to be reblued so I saved the $2.99 a bottle of cold blue would have cost me. It was a trap gun when I bought it and I wasn't shooting trap. I traded the 30" trap barrels for a set of K-80 Kolar tubed skeet barrels. I gave the fellow $100.00 because I thought the skeet barrels and tubes were worth more than the trap barrels and he was a friend. As I said, still going strong at 54 years old.

John: Yea, if it wears off they have to draw down the entire receiver and start over to re-do it. So I was told. But they sure are pretty.
