There is a screw that secures a small dovetailed plate at the rear of the dolls head. It retains the ejector blades, most ejector guns do not have the screw Richard refers to. If you examine the bottom of the dolls head you will see 2 slots that the ejector blades slide in, either the tits on the ejector blade is worn or broken or the dovetailed plate is damaged at the bottom. the plate is difficult to as it is well fitted on most guns , it slides down after the retaining screw is removed.
