My Parker 10 and one of my 12ga guns both have oversized bores. I think you'll find many early Parkers have oversized bores. The 12 has .744 and the 10 I'm not sure of but I think it's up in the .800 range. The .729 standard didn't come into effect till after Parker was making guns for awhile.
